Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Return Eligibility: You can return a product if it is
    damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong
    product. To be eligible for a return, the product must
    be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags
    attached.
  • Unboxing video is a must for a return/exchange. Without an unboxing video, no return/exchange will be accepted.

  • Process: Go to your Order History and select the item you wish to return.
    Choose your reason and initiate the return.
    We’ll arrange a reverse pickup or you can self-ship the item to our return address.

  • All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed with in 15 business  working days. 
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method in 7- 10 business days
Exchanges

  • One-time size exchanges are available for selected items.

  • You can request a different size or color (subject to availability).

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The replacement will be shipped after we receive and inspect the original item.

Important Notes

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance events are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • If the item delivered is defective or incorrect, please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with images as proof.
