Returns
Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Return Eligibility: You can return a product if it is
damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong
product. To be eligible for a return, the product must
be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags
attached. - Unboxing video is a must for a return/exchange. Without an unboxing video, no return/exchange will be accepted.
Process: Go to your Order History and select the item you wish to return.
Choose your reason and initiate the return.
We’ll arrange a reverse pickup or you can self-ship the item to our return address.- All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed with in 15 business working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method in 7- 10 business days
Exchanges
One-time size exchanges are available for selected items.
You can request a different size or color (subject to availability).
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
The replacement will be shipped after we receive and inspect the original item.
Important Notes
Items purchased during sale or clearance events are not eligible for return or exchange.
If the item delivered is defective or incorrect, please raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with images as proof.
